Provider’s trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Provider’s, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, or in any manner that disparages or discredits the Site or Provider. All other trademarks not owned by Provider or its affiliates that appear on the Site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Provider or its affiliates.

License and Site Access
Provider grants User a limited license to access and make personal use of this site and not to download (except for page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of Provider. This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of Provider. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents or any derivative use of this site or its contents. User may not use data mining, robots, screen scraping, or similar data gathering and extraction tools on this site, except with Provider’s express written consent as noted below.
Users may submit updates to Forsalle.com entries (herein, “Profiles”) or submit new Profiles and other content. User may submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of “spam.” User may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of User’s content. Provider reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content, but does not regularly review posted content. Provider reserves the right to revoke User’s account or access to the Site upon Provider’s sole discretion. User acknowledges that User is not due any compensation for making submissions, regardless of whether Provider offers incentives of any kind.

USER EXPRESSLY AGREES THAT USER’S USE OF THIS SITE IS AT USER’S SOLE RISK. PROVIDER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW OR DELETE ANY INFORMATION FROM THE SITE AT ANY TIME IN ITS DISCRETION.

The Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California without reference to its conflicts of law. Provider and User specifically agree that, due to the uncertainty as to the geographic location of the provision of Internet and World Wide Web services, it is fair and reasonable to agree, and it is a material part of the Terms upon which Provider is relying in determining to enter into these Terms with User, that the sole and exclusive venue and jurisdiction for any suits, legal proceedings, or other disputes concerning User’s use of the Site shall be in the Superior Court in Solano County, in California, United States Of America.
If any of these terms shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that term shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other term.
